I’ve a rented 3BHK Flat in Meenakshi Classic, HSR Layout (.5 Kms from Agara Bus stop). One of my flatmate is leaving for Hyderabad in mid of January. I m looking for someone to occupy his room. Right now 3 of us share the apartment with one room for each. It’s ground floor flat, with 3 lat-bath, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a drawing + dining room. We’ve all the basic amenities, Gas connection, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, TV (PC with TV tuner) etc. Also the building has, a Gym, Swimming pool, Play area, small garden, TT, Snooker etc. Current house rent is 18,500/3 Rs Per person per month, and the deposit is 1,85,000/3 per person.
