House Facilities. The house was renovated , interior decorated and refurbished last month. The house has 7 rooms. There is one room in the ground floor adjoining the Dining, Kitchen and the Hall which is not rented out at the moment. There are 3 rooms in the 1st floor and 3 rooms in the 2nd floor. 4 out of the 7 seven rooms have a separate Balcony (Sitout). The house has Granite flooring, teak wood furniture and screens on teak wood pelmuts for all windows. The house has corporation (Cauvery) water supply. It has a sump with a pump attached and 2 overhead tanks for water storage. It additionally also has a well fitted with a submersible pump which can supply potable water. The house has KEB Electricity connection with UPS for all lighting purposes. Room Facilities : Each room has an attached toilet and Bath room. All water fittings are of Jaguar make. Every bath room has the solar connection and also a geyser connection. Each room is equipped with 2 separate Cots and Mattress with bedsheets and rugs. Ward robes and Mirrors are fitted to each room. A discussion table with 2 chairs is provided for every room. Common Facilities : The house is a fully furnished house with TV, Geysers, Solar water heater, UPS and Aquaguard water filter. The house has all the utensils for food preparation and cutlery for serving and eating. The house is also furnished with a fridge and 2 Induction heaters for cooking purposes. The house has a Iron table for residents to press their clothes. There is a granite wash platform for washing clothes. Common Services: There is a servant for Daily House keeping, Utensils washing, toilets cleaning and for preparing Tea and light refreshments. Her services can be used for Laundry purposes also but the residents will have to pay separately. If all the members are willing a cook will be organised and the payment for the cook can be discussed separately. If a resident wants to cook her food, the facility will be extended. There is a security guard.
